So what do you actually do?
My company aims to bridge the gap between diverse young creatives and the industry. My job includes handling logistics and marketing strategies to help our agency grow.
What is the best part of your job?
Working with other like-minded individuals and being around creative people with the same level of motivation. I also enjoy the creative process from the idea to the final marketing project.
Why do you do your job?
Because I know that the projects we do and campaigns we focus on inspire other young people like ourselves. Being a young Muslim female creative, and living in London, has inspired me to create Redefining Concepts.
We are a platform that brings together a diverse community of upcoming and talented creatives. We are the leaders of this generation and it takes one courageous person to step forward and represent a whole community of young creatives.
One piece of advice for someone starting in your role?
Stay consistent and surround yourself with people who share the same ethos and values for your company. Time manage all the projects and campaigns by staying organised, and designate tasks equally between all team members.
